THE COMPOUNDING LAYER · $2,900/MO · MONTH-TO-MONTH

I run it. You read one page a week. It says what happened — in dollars.

Installed systems need running: ads tended, flows watched, answers tuned, numbers read. Operate is that, done for you, month-to-month. $2,900 a month for the recommended plan — every price is on this page, and you can cancel anytime with one email.

Monday morning. One page on your desk.

What came in last week. What got saved. What got caught before it cost you. What needs your eyes. In dollars, not dashboards. That page is called The Monday Report, and after a month you'll run the business by it.

You've paid a retainer before — the kind where you're not sure what happens between invoices. So this one's built backwards from that: the deliverable is a page you can READ, the results in it are numbers from the logs, and the contract is month-to-month specifically so I have to re-earn it. Every month you can see what you paid for or you leave. That's the whole pitch. I've run my own companies since 2013 — I know exactly what a monthly invoice has to justify.

THE MONDAY REPORT — THE FORMAT

WHAT CAME IN — jobs booked, dollars in  [your week's numbers]
WHAT GOT SAVED — leads caught after hours  [yours]
WHAT GOT CAUGHT — errors stopped before they cost  [yours]
WHAT NEEDS YOU — the two lines that want your eyes

The format, shown honestly — your report carries your real numbers, from your logs.

The plans — every price below is per month

One-time install prices and monthly plans are different animals. Nothing here hides in a bundle.

Command

$4,900 /month

Everything in Operate across everything we've installed, plus: the ask-your-business layer kept current, quarterly re-audit against your goals, priority response. For owners running the whole operation on this.

After-install care · by arrangement

Maintain

$1,500 /month

Monitored, maintained, tuned monthly, monthly report. No ads, nothing new shipped — the keep-it-healthy option after an install.

THE GUARANTEE — IN WRITING · CANCEL-ANYTIME

Month to month. Cancel anytime — one email. No 12-month contract, no cancellation fee, no hostage accounts: the accounts are in your name, and your data walks with you.
Everything we built is documented in your runbook, and the runbook is yours.

The math

Add up what you already pay monthly for things you can't measure — the marketing retainer, the answering service that isn't wired into your calendar, the admin hours nobody invoices. Operate replaces the mystery with a page of dollar lines. Then run your own ticket math: one saved replacement-ticket job covers the month. On service tickets, count them. The month I stop showing you the money is the month you stop paying. The cancel-anytime terms above are what make that real.

Your part: read the page. Reply to the two lines that need you. Done.

Founding clients: the first three install clients get their first month of Operate included — the month activates when your before-and-after write-up is approved for publication (published only with your sign-off — that's the trade, stated plainly).

Operate attaches after an install — it needs something to run. Book the 15-minute look and I'll walk you through what the Monday Report carries.

Fair questions

“What exactly do I get each month?”

Maintain: watched, tuned, reported monthly. Operate: that plus ads run, the weekly Monday Report, and one new thing shipped every month — named in the report, so you can audit me. Command: everything, across everything we've installed, plus quarterly re-audit.

“Why month-to-month? Everyone else wants a year.”

Because lock-in is what you buy when you can't show results weekly. The Monday Report is the lock-in. If it ever isn't, you shouldn't be paying me.

“What happens if I cancel — do I lose the systems?”

No. Installs are yours, accounts in your name, data goes with you. Everything we built is documented in your runbook, and the runbook is yours.

“What's ‘one new thing a month’?”

A real shipped thing, named in the report: a new automated flow, a new answer the phone system handles, a new question your business can answer. Not “optimization.” If a month ships nothing, the report says so and you should ask me why.

“Can you just run my ads?”

Ads management lives at Operate ($2,900/mo) and up — it's real weekly work, and running ads without owning the follow-up system is how the last retainer failed you.

“What happens if something happens to YOU? One-man shop.”

You lose your operator, not your systems. Everything runs in your accounts, documented in your runbook, and calls roll to humans by design — nothing I built dead-ends without me. I spent 23 years building systems that had to outlive any one admin. Yours are built the same way.

Start free, or start talking.

The system answers in under 60 seconds either way — and I call you the same day.

The Leak Check, in one line: we call your line the way a customer would, test your web form, and time what happens — you get the report free, either way.
